Luxury Treehouse

About this space

Luxury treehouse with full kitchen, bathroom and living room with gas fireplace, WiFi and TV. The treehouse is built within a grove of redwood trees on our property. The host's main house is across the driveway from the treehouse but there is no shared space. There is a private deck outside the front door perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or the evening sunset.

Other things to note

The treehouse is perched in a redwood grove across the driveway from the main house. This is our family property so children may be playing in the lot and garden below. There is a relatively quiet street next to the treehouse with light traffic. Expect some road noise. During the week there will be an increase in traffic during school drop off and pick up times as there is a small elementary school up the road. You can expect to hear the sounds of rain and wind due to the nature of a wooden structure within trees, and it will move and creak in the wind. The treehouse is very private; nothing looks into it, however, there are no blinds or curtains on any windows so it can be bright under a full moon in the bedroom because of the skylights. We provide eye masks and ear plugs for your comfort if needed.IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - We allow a maximum of 2 guests per night, additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval. There is absolutely no smoking permitted in the treehouse or on our property. This space is NOT suitable for children or pets. If these rules are not respected, you will be asked to leave and will be reported to AirBnB.
